Dam House Bar and Restaurant review by Peter Langan

After hearing so many good things from friends about the Dam House i decided to book there for my Mothers 50th Birthday. I have to say they didn't disappoint. The setting must be the best in Sheffield and the food and service matched the lovely suroundings. I found it a very intimate and friendly place, unlike anywhere else i have eaten in the city. We ordered off the £15, 3 course Al-a-Carte menu and everyone commented on how good the food was. My only complaint would have to be the weather, as a nice warm evening would have let us finish off the night with a coffee out by the lake. I might have to wait a while for the weather but either way I will certainly be back to the Dam House soon. 10/10.
