Estikutum

I had been to Estikutum on a saturday and they were extremely busy. However they managed to get us seaed within 5 minutes. The restuarant has around 200 seats and every seat mus have been occupied whilst we was there. The food was great and the service was excellent bearing in mind how busy it was. We had to wait for the drinks a liltte while but they did come. Overall the atmosphere was great and i would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good evenning out. Only thing i did miss was that it is not licensed but have been told it may be SOON.

On Saturday at around 8.00pm Myself and four friends went to this buffet restaurant. I would have expected it to be busy due to the time and the day we attended but it was quiet, only a handful of tables were occupied. Only half of the dishes had any content left in them and the others tasted a bit stale due to continuous re-heating. There was a scoop of ice cream for desert, I would have expected a slice of cake at least. Over all I was very dissapointed with the service and the quality of the food. I did have a word with the manager and he didn't seem too bothered, in fact he did not even apologise.
